Students who are unable to participate in physical education classes for a period of time up to one week must bring a note from home to the Health Office during the homeroom period.  For a longer period of time (i.e., more than one week) a note from a doctor is necessary, with a diagnosis and duration.
If your child needs to use crutches, a cane, or a wheelchair while in school, a doctor's order is needed.
